How Do ModPro Welding Booths Work?

In a nutshell, our welding booths are assembled on site from bolt together components that are endlessly reconfigurable. There are three primary components to our system:

• Columns: We utilize heavy-duty 3″ square tubing uprights at each corner of every station, plus additional uprights in the center of any span over 8 foot long for strength, and to allow for future expansion.
• Cross Braces: 2″ square tubing cross members which also serve to frame each of the interchangeable wall panels.
• Panels: Your choice of either powder coated steel, or Tuffak WC wall panels rated for welding applications throughout the entire structure.

So if you invest in a system today and need to move it or make changes later, no problem! You can pass them down for generations to come knowing they’ll never be obsolete.

Additional Features

Our use of heavy duty tubing ensures that our welding booths are ridiculously strong. So in addition to supporting the panels, the system is capable of supporting fume extraction, lighting, shelving, accessories and more. Where others choose to build a booth out of 1″ tubing, we use 2″-3″. Because that’s how it should always be done!

Since we build them so strong, we also laser cut holes just all over everything! Each of the cross braces, and each of the columns has dozens of holes allowing you to bolt on anything either we – or you – can imagine. So expand and organize till your heart’s content!
